A cheerful cupboard for a cheerful home. We have expanded this Scottish highlander decoupage with extra flowers made from modeling paste. The cabinet is painted with BIN primer, followed by Niveau chalk paint in blue, green, ocher and yellow-green. The cabinet is finished with polyvine varnish.
