Tastes differ, but this is our personal favorite cupboard! The Tallships decoupage is an attention grabber. We painted the cabinet with bin primer, followed by Niveau chalk paint in different colors to create a dynamic image. We used Dixie Belle sea spray to add texture. The cabinet is finished with polyvine varnish
